According to By-law No. 669-21 Chapter 7 it is prohibited for any person, in person or by representative, to carry on hawking or itinerant trade activities on the territory of the City.
Are not covered by article 7.1.2 “Prohibition” persons who sell or peddle products and services as part of a fundraising campaign, a charity authorized to issue receipts for tax purposes , a sports, social or cultural association or an educational establishment, on the express condition that the activities thus financed by these organizations are carried out on the territory of the City and aim at an activity for the benefit of the members of the organization recognized by the City.
