A municipal council only speaks through resolutions and by-laws from its elected representatives.
All council decisions are recorded by the clerk in the book of minutes.
The minutes from the meetings are available in PDF format on our pages. They are organized in chronological order and labelled either “regular” or “special” meetings.
Therefore, residents who are unable to attend the sessions can check the minutes to stay up to date with the City of Shannon’s activities.
Please note that these documents are provided for informational purposes only. Only the versions kept in the City Hall archives are considered official.
The Shannon City Council minutes are generally added to this site within a week from their adoption by the council members.
The minutes of the last sessions, in French only, can be consulted via this page.
