The City of Shannon applies the provisions of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information. As a result, it has adopted and regularly updates a Processing of Access Requests to Information Policy.
The city applies the Regulation respecting fees for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of documents or personal information of the provincial government.
