    • The City wishes to inform residents that a new branch collection procedure is now in effect to improve the process and its efficiency.

    Branch collections are carried out twice a year, at the same time as the RRGMRP’s bulky waste collections.

    ▶️ Shannon – Monday, June 1 and Thursday, September 10, 2026

    ▶️ Kilkenny Sector – Monday, July 13 and Monday, October 5, 2026

    Tree branches must be tied together and cut to a length of approximately four feet.

    Remember that Shannon residents can drop off their tree branches free of charge at the Ste-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier Ecocentre at any time (during opening hours).
