On April 27, the 6th Annual Historical Evening was held, with the theme « Les immigrants irlandais de la seigneurie de Fossambault », at the Community Center of the City of Shannon.
About sixty people, some from Quebec City, attended this extensive conference, masterfully led by Mr. Daniel Stewart. Irish coffee and treats were served, much to the delight of attendees.
At the digitization kiosk, some forty images were scanned, mostly from the Bowles family, an important addition to the heritage photo bank and collective archives.
