Dans ces circonstances, et afin de faciliter les demandes d’accès à l’information, nous invitons les personnes concernées à compléter le formulaire interactif qui sera bientôt disponible sur le site internet de la Ville au www.shannon.ca sous l’onglet Accès à l’information.
Compte tenu du nombre de demandes, veuillez prévoir un délai de réponse pouvant aller jusqu’à 20 jours.
REQUEST FOR PROOF OF RESIDENCE
Shannon Citizens’ Committee
As part of the class action brought by the Shannon Citizens’ Committee on behalf of citizens and ex-citizens, many people are asking for proof of residence for the period from 1995 to 2001.
In these circumstances, and in order to facilitate access to information requests, we invite those concerned to complete the interactive form which will soon be available on the City’s website at www.shannon.ca under the Accès à l’information tab (in french).
Considering the number of requests, please allow up to 20 days for a response.
