Avec les beaux jours qui sont de retour, la Ville de Shannon a débuté les travaux de balayage et de nettoyage des rues et des trottoirs visant à enlever les dernières traces de l’hiver.
Afin de faciliter l’exécution des travaux, nous demandons aux citoyens de libérer les voies de circulation de tout obstacle pouvant nuire aux opérations.
De plus, lors de la fin de semaine du 13 et 14 mai, les résidents qui le souhaitent sont invités à prêter main-forte aux efforts de la Ville en procédant au nettoyage des fossés, boisés et terrains attenants à leurs résidences.
Des conteneurs de la Ville seront mis à la disposition des citoyens au Centre communautaire, 75, chemin de Gosford, afin d’y déposer les matières collectées.

Si vous croyez qu’une rue a été oubliée lors du grand nettoyage printanier, n’hésitez pas à communiquer avec nous pour le signaler au 418 844-3778 ou par courriel à ville@shannon.ca.

SPRING STREET CLEANING
With the warm weather returning, the City of Shannon has begun sweeping and cleaning the streets and sidewalks to remove the last traces of winter.
In order to facilitate the execution of the work, we ask citizens to clear the traffic lanes of any obstacle that could interfere with operations.
In addition, during the weekend of May 13 and 14, residents who wish to do so are invited to lend a hand to the City’s efforts by cleaning up the ditches, woods and land adjacent to their residences.
City containers will be made available to citizens at the Community Center, 75, Gosford Road, to drop off collected materials.
