La Ville de Shannon est fière d’annoncer son adhésion à la nouvelle plateforme de communication citoyenne de ville intelligente Voilà!.
« La plateforme Voilà! est l’outil idéal pour faciliter l’interaction entre la Ville et les citoyens, ceux-ci pourront avoir leur propre Dossier citoyen personnalisé où ils auront accès à toutes les informations municipales les concernant » explique le maire de Shannon, Mike-James Noonan.
La plateforme est conçue pour offrir aux citoyens un accès facile à leurs informations ainsi que la possibilité d’effectuer des transactions en ligne. Elle permet aussi de réunir toutes les informations pertinentes dans un Dossier citoyen personnalisé.
La plateforme Voilà! rend possible la centralisation d’une grande majorité de services municipaux aux citoyens. Elle permet notamment aux citoyens d’effectuer une demande de permis en ligne (abattage d’arbres, construction d’un bâtiment, piscines, rénovation, etc.), d’effectuer des paiements en ligne (comptes de taxes, permis de construction, accès à la patinoire) et même d’accéder à un calendrier personnalisé (séances du conseil, collectes, loisirs, etc.). De plus, grâce à l’application mobile Voilà! les citoyens peuvent interagir avec la communauté quand ils le désirent, où ils le désirent et sur n’importe quel appareil.
Tous les citoyens de la Ville de Shannon peuvent désormais créer leur profil sur le portail web Voilà! à l’aide du bouton accessible via le site internet de la Ville au www.shannon.ca et sont invités à télécharger l’application mobile Voilà! pour bénéficier de tous les avantages de la plateforme.

The City of Shannon is proud to announce its membership of the new smart city citizen communication french platform Voilà!
“The platform Voilà! is the ideal tool to facilitate the interaction between the City and the citizens, they will be able to have their own personalized Citizen File where they will have access to all the municipal information concerning them « explains the mayor of Shannon, Mike-James Noonan.
The platform is designed to offer citizens easy access to their information as well as the ability to conduct transactions online. It also makes it possible to bring together all the relevant information in a personalized Citizen File.
The platform Voilà! makes it possible to centralize a large majority of municipal services to citizens. In particular, it allows citizens to apply for a permit online (tree felling, construction of a building, swimming pools, renovation, etc.), to make online payments (tax bills, building permits, access to the ice rink) and even access to a personalized schedule (council meetings, collections, leisure activities, etc.). Plus, thanks to Voilà! citizens can interact with the community when they want, where they want and on any device.
All citizens of the City of Shannon can now create their profile on the Voilà! platform using the button accessible via the City’s website at the www.shannon.ca and they are invited to download the Voilà! mobile app to benefit from all the advantages of the platform.
