Suite aux recommandations du premier ministre François Legault afin de ralentir la propagation du Coronavirus (COVID-19) les organisateurs du Shannon Irish Show, en concertation avec la Ville de Shannon, ont annoncé leur décision d’annuler les représentations prévues ce samedi 14 mars au Centre communautaire de Shannon.
À ce moment, l’organisation du Shannon Irish Show ne prévoit pas reporter le spectacle.
De son côté, la Ville de Shannon procède à l’annulation de la conférence Trousse éducative sur la biologie du saumon atlantique prévue le mardi 17 mars à la bibliothèque municipale.
De plus, le Club de l’âge d’Or de Shannon annonce également sa décision d’annuler le souper de la Saint-Patrick prévu au Centre communautaire de Shannon le mardi 17 mars.
La Ville de Shannon tiendra informés ses citoyens des autres mesures à venir concernant les événements publics.
SHANNON IRISH SHOW AND SAINT-PATRICK’S SENIOR CITIZENS SUPPER CANCELLED
Following the recommendations of Prime Minister François Legault to slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) the organizers of the Shannon Irish Show, in consultation with the City of Shannon, announced their decision to cancel the performances scheduled for Saturday, March 14th at the Shannon Community Centre.
At this time, the organization of the Shannon Irish Show does not plan to postpone the show.
For its part, the City of Shannon is cancelling the Atlantic Salmon Biology Educational Kit conference scheduled for Tuesday, March 17th at the Municipal Library.
In addition, the Shannon Senior Citizens Club also announced its decision to cancel the Saint-Patrick’s Day supper scheduled Tuesday, March 17th at the Shannon Community Centre.
The City of Shannon will keep its citizens informed of other measures to come regarding public events.
