2-1-1 Community services
The 211 Service is a centralized information and referral service that quickly directs people to the resources that exist in the Capitale-Nationale and Chaudière-Appalaches regions. An easy-to-remember three-digit number that connects people with the full range of services available in the community. Concretely, Service 211 is a call center established in a community in order to better serve it. Specialized attendants answer calls, assess the caller’s needs and direct them to the appropriate services.

Info-Santé, is a professional telephone consultation service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which aims to meet information, referral-referral, professional advice and health advice needs and social services. The Info-Santé service allows you to reach a health professional in the event of a non-urgent problem.
