La Ville de Shannon souhaite informer les propriétaires d’une résidence principale ayant subi des dommages lors des inondations du 25 décembre dernier qu’ils peuvent obtenir de l’aide via le programme général d’indemnisation et d’aide financière lors de sinistres réels ou imminents (PGIAF).
Les propriétaires et les locataires d’une résidence principale doivent prioritairement ouvrir en ligne leur réclamation d’assistance financière afin de favoriser un traitement rapide de leur réclamation.
Toutes les clientèles admissibles au PGIAF peuvent également ouvrir une réclamation d’assistance financière par téléphone au 418 643-2433 (Québec).

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR FLOOD DISASTERS
The City of Shannon wishes to inform the owners of a principal residence having suffered damage during the floods of December 25, 2020 that they can obtain assistance through the general compensation and financial assistance program for real disasters or imminent (PGIAF).
As a priority, owners and tenants of a primary residence should open their financial assistance claim online in order to facilitate rapid processing of their claim.
All clients eligible for the PGIAF can also file a financial assistance claim by telephone at 418 643-2433 (Quebec).
