RECUPERATION SERVICE

La Régie régionale de gestion des matières résiduelles de Portneuf invites the population to take advantage of their recuperation depots which are situated at 1304 chemin du Site in Neuville and at 590 chemin Bourglouis in Saint-Raymond.This service is also offered at the Ressourcerie de Portneuf that is situated at 736 rue Principale in Saint-Marc-des-Carrières.

PAINT

Products accepted:

Regular paint, stain, metal paint, varnish, epoxy, shellac, aluminum paint, wood protector, masonry paint and aerosol paint.

Products refused:

Solvents, adhesives, tar, granular paint, industrial paint, car paint, pavement and sign paint as well as art paint and any other paint not in their original container.

USED OIL

Products accepted:

Mineral, synthetic or vegetable oil in 50 litre containers or less that are used commercially for lubricating, insulation, heat transfer in vehicles or motorized equipment or for the functioning of hydraulic and transmission systems, including aerosol cans. Used heating or diesel oil filters for heating systems as well as any empty oil cans.

Products refused:

Any oil that has been used for household purposes like French fry oil.

METALS

All ferrous metals (dish washers, stoves, etc.) and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, etc

PROPANE CANISTERS

All propane canisters with expired dates.

TIRES
(except at Ressorcerie)

All tires up to a maximum height of 48 inches (without rims).
